Key Responsibilities Coordination with Corporate Accounting Team – Ensuring smooth communication and financial reporting between the site and the corporate office. Material Purchase Invoice Entry – Recording purchase invoices in Tally Prime and maintaining accurate financial records. Excel Data Management – Keeping a separate Excel database for tracking purchases, expenses, and other financial transactions. Site Accounting Tasks – Handling financial documentation, petty cash management, and ensuring compliance with company policies for site-related expenses. Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Managing payments, verifying invoices, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers. Financial Reporting – Assisting in preparing reports related to site expenses, budget tracking, and reconciliation. Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel . Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation . Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
